Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for both your time and mine, please note the following policies when booking:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify your appointment.

• Changes made within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Confirmation & Reminders
You'll receive a confirmation text upon booking, along with reminder texts leading up to your appointment. If you do not receive these notifications, please contact me directly to ensure your appointment is confirmed.

Running Late
Please arrive on time to make the most of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
